Updates
It is general policy that licensees of the program should not have to pay for changes made to the program to correct errors in it. Deerhaven Technical Software will, to the extent possible, correct any errors found to exist in the program and distribute the corrected program to licensees, without charge, for at least one year following licensing.
After the first year, a small annual update fee is charged for enhancements and maintenance. When a licensee reports an error in the program, the error is corrected immediately and a new version is sent promptly to that licensee. Licensees are encouraged to report errors in order to receive corrected and current versions of the software. Updated versions with new features and corrections are issued to licensees periodically, according to the extent of changes that have accumulated.
